Quality Policy

Founded in 1954 and part of the Allied International Group since 2003, Tectubi Raccordi S.p.A. is a leader on the production of butt weld fittings for nuclear and thermal power plants, oil & gas, LNG offshore and petrochemical plants.

The company guarantees the highest Quality Standards with a focus on Nuclear safety and applies a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 19443 and ASME BPVC Sec. III NCA.

The promotion of a Nuclear Safety Culture includes enhancing the importance of individual behaviour in the respective areas of operation, the effectiveness of processes and the understanding of and respect for social and ethical values.

Tectubi Raccordi S.p.A. reaffirms its mission to continuously improve its quality management system, to maximise customer satisfaction and to ensure that nuclear safety is not compromised by other priorities and it is committed to constantly guaranteeing:

• Ongoing training to ensure technical expertise, continuous improvement and a commitment to ensure that staff are trained and kept up to date on nuclear safety culture issues and the maintenance of appropriate and ethical behaviour.
• Integration of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) principles to achieve environmental, social and governance sustainability.

To achieve these objectives, the Management defines all the necessary activities and the Quality Management System is the instrument that guarantees the fulfilment of the commitments and the achievement of the above-mentioned objectives.

The Management provides the necessary resources for the implementation of the policy and entrusts the Quality System Manager with the supervision of the activities and the independent management of aspects related to Nuclear Safety and quality.

Management actively participates in and is responsible for communicating this policy to all stakeholders in the manner it deems most appropriate. It will be regularly updated to ensure consistency with regulations and stakeholder expectations, with timely additions in the event of regulatory or organisational changes.
